  my experience with the hotel desk staff was very friendly. However the wifi service was not good. It was off more times than on. On the last night of our stay the power went off. We awoke to freezing cold rooms as the weather had turned very cold and snowy outside. This i understood as the staff had no control of the nasty weather. However, one of our friends came to tell us that we could get a warm breakfast in the dining room because they had gas stoves. Great i thought. We rushed up the stairs to the dining room to see about 10 to 15 people enjoying a great breakfast but we were told that it was 10:05 so we were out of luck. They had stopped service at ten. On a normal day i could understand this but this was no normal day. Newfoundland hospitality out the door! Could not believe that anyone would refuse to feed a group of people that had to leave and travel over slushy roads for two hours. Cold , hungry, and very upset with the service we paid our bill and left. Needless to say, i will not stay there again.

  Had a great time relaxing on the balcony viewing the ocean. Expensive despite lack of ammenities. WiFi did not work on my phone but did on my wife's laptop.
